Barbara Hladik

Barbara joined Dicalite in 2018. Barbara has previously directed Human Resources for colleges and universities in the greater Philadelphia region. Barbara holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business as well as a Juris Doctorate from Widener University. Barbara manages Dicalite’s Human Resources department and directs Dicalite’s efforts on employee compensation, benefits, training, and recruitment.
