Derek joined Dicalite in 2012 as Deputy General Counsel, having previously worked at several Philadelphia-area litigation firms. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Villanova University, a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University-Camden, an LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, and an MBA from Villanova University’s School of Business. In addition to managing the legal needs of Dicalite, Derek also manages Dicalite’s Strategy, Commercial Development, and M&A functions.
